Great location! Close to beach and restaurants.
Cant believe the reception is only open on Sat morning during the weekend with full of customer.
I did late check in since we went there after school time from Sydney. I was not able to have towels for the night.

A nice tidy spot only a short drive from central Nelson bay. Pool was great for kids.

Convenient appartments close to beach,fly point and walking distance to shops and marina.Good facilities and heated pool.Some ongoing maintenance required to maintain units but they have everything you need for a comfortable holiday or stay.Check in and service are excellent and would recommend staying here but would probably choose one that isn’t a loft.

Comfortable apartment but a few negative details
The apartment was spacious and there was a good range of appliances and equipment. There was some evidence of wear, eg some taps were difficult to completely turn off and the spa bath nozzles needed replacing although this is scheduled to be addressed in 2025.
Also there was no means of locking the sliding door onto the balcony.
Checking in was easy but the WiFi code was not provided and it took over 2 hours before this could be sorted as reception was not staffed.
Despite this our overall stay was relaxing and the apartment was comfortable.

Prior to checking in, our experience with office manager Maria was one I’ll never forget. From the moment our holiday started this woman intended on ruining it !!! Maria was intimidating, and continued always telling us that she would be watching our every move as ‘visitors’ are not permitted on the premise. I find this really odd, as visitors are just that visiting. During our stay Maria made a point of making sure she was seen throughout it, to ensure we had no visitors. We have never stayed here before but somehow Maria has targeted us and went out of her way to make sure we were doing what she told us to. Maria kept telling us they are not her rules and because of a lawsuit in Queensland no one can have visitors - but Maria is allowed to have visitors , I saw a few people visiting her. I would never stay here again, and if I could cancel prior to checking in with a full refund - I would have - but Maria wouldn’t have it- she is an awful person. Don’t book here - not worth it ! Im actually scared to post this, cos I think Maria is watching me.
